Gwen Stefani fans in New Jersey will have to wait to see this "Hollaback Girl."
The singer, 54, announced on her Instagram Stories Saturday that, due to a "recent injury" she had to reschedule her upcoming show in Atlantic City.
“As a result of a recent injury and in consultation with my doctors, I’ve been advised that I’m not able to perform on August 17 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City,” she wrote, as reported by People and Fox News.
Stefani didn't offer many details about what happened or how severe the injury is, but instead apologized to her fans and promised that ticket holders would get an email update from Ticketmaster "as soon as the new show is announced." She noted "current tickets will be valid for the new date" without mentioning the possibility of a refund.
“I’m so sorry and we are planning to reschedule the show as soon as possible,” she added.
